- Own and manage strategic customer accounts within the Embedded Engineering domain. N
- Build strong relationships with customer leadership, engineering managers, and key stakeholders. N
- Conduct regular governance reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive business reviews. N
- Drive customer satisfaction, account growth, and long-term partnerships N

nDelivery Leadership

- Lead end-to-end delivery of embedded engineering programs preferably industrial products across multiple projects and geographies. N
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, quality, schedule, and budget. N
- Monitor program risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans. N
- Establish delivery governance frameworks, metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms. N
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives. N
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, current project acquisitions, and service offerings. N





nEngineering & Technical Skills

- Provide strategicguidance on embedded product development and engineering practices. N
- Work closely with technical architects and engineering leads to ensure technology alignment. N
- Review solution approaches, effort estimations, project plans, and delivery strategies. N
- Strong expertise in Embedded Systems Development using Embedded Python and C/C++, Python and microcontroller architectures. N
- Good to have experiencein Motor Control Systems, including BLDC, PMSM, AC/DC motors, 6-step commutation, switches, and solenoid control applications. N
- Product Automation likePython and PyTest Framework for test automation, validation, and embedded software quality assurance. N
- Knowledge of microcontroller platforms including STM32, XMC, PIC, and similar embedded controllers. N
