- Strong experiencein Staffing Business Development (IT / Non-IT / Industrial) N
- Exposure to Domestic & International markets (US preferred) N
- Expertise in cold outreach, LinkedIn hunting, and deal closures N
- Deep understanding of recruitment lifecycle across industries N
- High ownership with revenue-first mindset N
