NWe are looking for a smart, energetic, and sales-oriented Front Office Admin to join our growing training center team.
NThe ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, prior sales experience, and the ability to convert leads into admissions through both phone and in-person interactions.
Key Responsibilities N

- Welcome and assist walk-in visitors and students professionally N
- Address inquiries related to courses, training programs, placements, and fees N
- Handle calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and follow-ups with prospective students N
- Convert leads provided by the marketing team into admissions N
- Counsel students and parents regarding career opportunities in Medical Coding and Healthcare RCM N
- Maintain daily lead tracking and follow-up reports N
- Achieve admission and sales targets N
- Support front office and administrative activities of the training center N




- Contribute ideas and strategies to increase admissions and overall sales N

Requirementsn
- n
- Any Graduate (Mandatory) N
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Counseling, Front Office, or Customer Relationship roles N
- Strong communication and convincing skills N
- Experience in handling customer interactions both over calls and in person N
- Ability to convert inquiries into successful admissions/sales N
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality N
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp communication) N
