- Bachelor's degreein a related field, or similar years of graphic design or visual development experience. N
- 2+ years of skilled design experience, preferably creating assets for video or motion teams. N
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop N
- Foundational knowledge of Adobe After Effects - understanding how to prep files for animation. N
- Proven ability to create Style Frames that define the look and feel of a project before production begins. N
- Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects with varying deadlines. N
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain design choices to non-designers.

- Willingness to work independently and be receptive to creative direction from motion designers. N
- Experience in 3D modeling and design (Cinema 4D, Blender, Adobe Stager). N
- Experience with Unreal Engine or real-time rendering environments. N
- Knowledge of AI design tools for concepting and rapid prototyping. N
- Conceptual understanding of how 2D assets translate into 3D spaces. N
- Creative problem-solving skills, especially regarding file optimization and workflow efficiency. N
