NJob Summary:
NAs the Senior Graphic Designer at Fraganote, you will drive the brand's visual direction across all digital and print touchpoints. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling, consistent, and innovative designs that reflect the essence of Fraganote. From packaging to performance ads to editorial layouts, you'll lead a small design team and ensure the brand stands out with elegance, emotion, and clarity.

- Own and evolve Fraganote's visual identity across all channels (website, social, packaging, campaigns, print). N
- Lead and mentor junior designers. N
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative assets. N
- Oversee all stages of design from concept to final execution — ensuring high aesthetic quality and brand consistency. N
- Design and review packaging, labels, lookbooks, product mockups, performance ad creatives, and retail collaterals. N
- Ensure all assets are optimized for various platforms including Meta, Google Ads.... N
- Manage timelines, workflows, and feedback cycles efficiently across multiple projects. N
- Stay ahead of design trends in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle — infusing fresh perspectives into the brand. N
