nWhat You'll Own
n● Lead the Business Finance and FP&A; charter, including AOP, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
n● Partner with business leaders to drive growth, profitability, and sharper decision-making.
n● Own business performance reviews across revenue, margins, costs, and key business drivers.
n● Turn complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for leadership.
n● Drive financial modelling, scenario planning, and evaluation of strategic initiatives and investments.
n● Build robust MIS, dashboards, and scalable financial processes.




n● Lead and develop a high-performing Business Finance and FP&A; team.
nWhat We're Looking For
n● Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years of post-qualification experience.
n● Solid Business Finance and FP&A; experience, preferably in D2C, FMCG, or consumer businesses.
n● Sharp commercial acumen with the ability to connect numbers to business outcomes.
n● Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving capabilities.
n● Proven ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders.
n● Comfortable with pace, ambiguity, and rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
