Senior Wintel and Azure Cloud Sysadmin is a hands‑on technical lead responsible for the stability, security, and evolution of Windows server estates and Azure cloud platforms. This role owns L2/L3 incident response, platform hardening, automation and IaC, and mentoring junior engineers. The senior sysadmin partners with application teams, network, storage, and security to deliver resilient, cost‑effective services.
Core Responsibilities
. Platform Operations: Lead administration of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, IIS, and related middleware; manage Azure resources including VMs, VNet, Storage, Azure AD, Backup, and Site Recovery.
. Incident and Problem Management: Own L2/L3 incidents, perform rapid triage, coordinate cross‑team remediation, produce RCAs, and implement permanent fixes.
