Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Manager is a strategic role responsible for leading the recruitment and talent acquisition efforts of the organization. This position involves developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Lead collaborates closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, establish recruitment goals, and build a robust talent pipeline.

Responsibilities:
 Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across all levels and functions conducting thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
 Partner with corporate and plant leadership teams to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely fulfilment of critical hiring needs across locations.




 Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to source potential candidates.
 Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, candidate communication, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external recruitment agencies, and educational institutions to enhance the talent pipeline.
 Analyze recruitment metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
 Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition to drive innovation and efficiency.

Qualifications:
 Must have a Master’s degree (full time) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
 Must have 8 to 10 years of proven exper
