Job Role:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC, Time, Benefits and part of IAS / IPS work Consultant at Specialist Level having 5-7 years of experience with strong expertise in Employee Central, Time off,



Benefits and IAS/IPS to support ongoing operations, country rollouts, enhancements, and integrations. The consultant will be responsible for configuring, optimizing, and supporting the complete process and ensuring compliance with global and local requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. AMS Support / Production Support
- Hands on with EC, TIME OFF, Benefits and exposure to IAS / IPS
- To support during Europe Time Zone 1:00 PM IST – 10:00 PM IST
- Positive understanding in EC module
- Deep understanding of EC objects, workflows, business rules, data models, and role-based permissions.
- Experience developing functional specifications for integrations, interfaces, and extensions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- SuccessFactors EC and TIME OFF certifications needed

2. Testing & Deployment
- Perform regression testing during quarterly release upgrades.
