Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Architect for the SCM GOLD platform to lead the design and delivery of complex retail supply chain implementations. This role requires deep expertise across both functional supply chain processes and technical architecture, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solution designs. The Architect will work closely with clients, Qualified Services, R&D;, and partner teams to ensure successful implementation, integration,



and deployment of SCM GOLD solutions across large-scale retail environments. This role is critical for high-visibility programs and will provide architectural leadership from solution design through implementation, UAT, and production cutover.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Design:
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for SCM GOLD implementations, ensuring alignment with client business goals and SymphonyAI product capabilities.
- Translate complex retail supply chain requirements into scalable functional and technical solution designs.
- Define system architecture, integration frameworks, and configuration strategy across SCM GOLD modules.
- Guide design decisions across forecasting, replenishment, inventory optimization, and supply chain planning capabilities.
