Vice President, POM Product Owner

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, POM Product Owner to join our Payments Enablement Platform Data Services Group. This role is located in Pune.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Focus on detailed business, system, and process analysis within the Payments Enablement Platform Data Services Group. Data Services’ mission is to be the single authoritative source of payments information to internal and external clients that is simplified, stable, controlled and scalable.
- Partner closely with a Data Services Product Owner and support the Product Manager as needed—to translate product intent, regulatory needs, and operational requirements into explicit, testable analysis and backlog‑ready stories. This role is accountable for improving story quality, reducing ambiguity and rework, and supporting audit‑ and operations‑ready delivery.
- Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non‑functional requirements (including regulatory, control, resiliency, data,



and operational considerations) for Payments Data Services.
- Create and maintain analysis artifacts: current‑ and future‑state process flows, user journeys, decision tables, data mappings, and traceability.
- Support backlog readiness and refinement with the Product Owner; clarify scope, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and downstream impacts for delivery teams.
- Conduct impact analysis across adjacent workflows, systems, and controls; surface risks, dependencies, and operational constraints early.
- Partner with testing to validate requirements and acceptance criteria; support UAT and defect triage from a business‑process perspective.
