Technical Lead – Java (Full Stack)

About the
Role

We seek a
seasoned Technical Lead with deep expertise in Java development, full-stack
engineering, and cloud technologies (AWS or Azure), along with an evolving
interest in AI-driven architectures. The ideal candidate will bring solid
people management and mentoring capabilities, the ability to guide junior
engineers toward the right technical solutions, and excellent communication
skills to work closely with onshore clients and stakeholders. Beyond technical
delivery, this role calls for someone who can take ownership of a team's growth
and output, while demonstrating curiosity and learning aptitude in Generative
AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and LLM API integrations. This role
is suited for someone passionate about building scalable enterprise solutions
while preparing teams to embrace agentic AI patterns and next-generation
architectures.

Key
Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical
delivery of enterprise-level full-stack applications.

• Architect, design, and develop




solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and modern frontend frameworks like React or
Vue.js (full-stack ownership is an advantage).

• Deploy and manage applications
in AWS or Azure environments, with hands-on exposure to cloud services (e.g.,
EC2, EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito, S3, RDS) considered a strong plus.

• Guide and mentor junior and
mid-level engineers, helping them arrive at the right technical solutions and
grow their skills.

• Own people management
responsibilities for the team, including performance inputs, career development
conversations, and day-to-day team support.

• Act as the primary technical
point of contact for onshore clients and stakeholders, communicating project
status, risks, and solution options clearly and confidently.

• Collaborate with
cross-functional teams, including Product, QA, DevOps, UX/UI, and emerging AI
capability teams.
