Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled
Senior ServiceNow Administrator / Developer
with strong experience in
ITSM, IT Asset Management (HAM/SAM), CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, scripting, and integrations
. The candidate will be responsible for administering, enhancing, troubleshooting, and supporting the ServiceNow platform while ensuring stability, security, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support ServiceNow ITSM modules including
Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management
.
- Implement and maintain
Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
and
Software Asset Management (SAM)
processes.
- Manage and maintain the
CMDB
, ensuring accurate CI data, relationships, and data integrity.
- Configure and troubleshoot
ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping
.
- Develop and manage integrations with
Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SCCM, Intune
, and other enterprise systems.




- Configure
Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, workflows, and automation
.
- Manage ServiceNow users, roles, permissions, and
ACLs
.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow platform and configuration issues.
- Support software license compliance, contract management, and IT asset lifecycle processes.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, application, and other IT teams to resolve technical issues.
- Plan and manage ServiceNow platform upgrades, including feature assessment, testing, stakeholder coordination, and deployment.
- Identify recent ServiceNow capabilities and recommend improvements to business processes.
- Ensure user issues are resolved within agreed
SLA/performance metrics
.
- Follow ServiceNow and ITIL best practices and maintain platform security and stability.
