Job Description: Relationship & Alliance Lead

Location: South Mumbai ( Weekend Travel to Alibaug ) Mandatory

Reporting To: Sales Director / Pre-Sales & Resident Experience

I. Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional, highly polished Relationship & Alliance Lead. In this role, you
will act as a peer-level private advisor to Mumbai's ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) families,
corporate leaders, and industry tastemakers. Your primary responsibility is to nurture our
promoter-led referral pipeline, guide prospects through a sensory, on-site customer journey,
and close high-value residency and club access agreements.
This is a consultative, non-transactional relationship management role externally, backed by a
highly disciplined, target-driven sales framework internally.

II. Key Responsibilities
- 1. Promoter & Alliance Management (The Pipeline)

Nurture Referral Loops: Serve as the primary custodian of our existing promoter network (current members, luxury brand partners, and elite social advocates).
- B2B Strategic Alliances:



Build and manage relationships with premium corporate networks, luxury concierge services, family offices, and elite sports academies to secure a steady flow of high-value introductions.
- Warm Handoff Execution: Execute a strict 24-hour response protocol on all promoter referrals, initiating contact with high-touch, bespoke communication.

2. Experiential Sales & Journey Curation

Own the Resident Journey: Personally guide prospective residents and club access seekers through their end-to-end journey from Mumbai to Alibaug (handling logistics, private speedboat transit, and arrival rituals).

Host In office Open Houses: Orchestrate and host intimate, sensory-optimized weekend Open House events at the ACC Alibaug estate, presenting the physical assets, longevity spa, and sports complex.

Consultative Closing: Lead high-level financial and lifestyle presentations, shifting the buyer focus from passive property ownership to the practical, frict
