Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage import/export operations, including customs clearance, shipping, and documentation.
- Handle customer queries and follow up on shipment status.
- Coordinate local logistics activities such as transportation and warehousing.
- Prepare and process various documents related to imports/exports (e.g., commercial invoices, bills of lading).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for exports/imports.
- experience in Imports / Exports / Customs clearance / Shipping / Documentations / Customer handling and follow ups/ Local logistics / knowledge of Tally /

Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-8 years of experience in logistics industry with expertise in imports/exports.
- Solid knowledge of customs clearance procedures and regulations.
- Proficiency in preparing various types of export/import documents (e.g., DGFT forms).
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer handling and follow-ups.
- Ability to work efficiently using Tally software.
