We are looking for an experienced
Finance Controller
to lead the Finance & Accounts function of a skincare manufacturing company. The role will oversee accounting, taxation, budgeting, MIS, audits, treasury, working capital, COGS, inventory, compliance, and business finance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete Finance & Accounts function and team.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures and
Ind AS financial statements
.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and variance analysis.
- Prepare MIS and financial reports for management decision-making.
- Manage working capital, receivables, payables, treasury, and banking relationships.
- Oversee
GST, TDS, Income Tax
, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Monitor
COGS, inventory, costs, margins, and profitability
.




- Establish strong financial controls, policies, SOPs, and governance processes.
- Support the CEO/CFO with financial analysis for pricing, investments, expansion, and business decisions.

Qualifications & Experience
- CA Qualified
preferred.
- 8–10 years of Finance & Accounts experience.
- Experience managing finance teams and handling taxation, audits, budgeting, MIS, and cash flow.
- Manufacturing or growing-organisation experience is preferred.

Technical & Behavioural Skills
- Solid knowledge of accounting, taxation,
COGS & Inventory
, and financial reporting.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, MIS, financial analysis, and working capital.
- Strong Excel and ERP/accounting software knowledge such as
SAP, Oracle, Tally, or Dynamics
.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work under deadlines.
