Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-grade
Agentic AI
and
Generative AI
applications.
- Build and optimize
RAG pipelines
, including ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, reranking, and generation.
- Develop intelligent workflows using
LangChain
and
LangGraph
.
- Implement AI agent capabilities such as
tool/function calling, memory, planning, and orchestration
.
- Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and external tools.
- Develop scalable backend services and microservices using
Python
and
Java
.
- Ensure application reliability through testing, observability, evaluation,



and AI guardrails.
- Lead technical design discussions, mentor engineers, and drive engineering best practices.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in
