We are seeking an experienced
Sr. HVAC Design Engineer
to lead a team of 3–5 engineers while taking ownership of end-to-end HVAC design responsibilities across a diverse range of building services projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, project coordination capabilities, client management skills,



and the ability to deliver high-quality designs within defined timelines and commercial requirements.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 HVAC design engineers and oversee their day-to-day technical activities
- Take ownership of complete HVAC design responsibilities for assigned projects, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery
- Review and validate designs, calculations, drawings, documentation, and deliverables prepared by design engineers
- Prepare and explain Design Basis Reports (DBRs), technical documents, drawings, and other design deliverables to clients, architects, and co-consultants
- Incorporate project-specific requirements and client feedback into design documents and obtain necessary approvals
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Attend project meetings and take responsibility for project-related technical communication and follow-ups
