Role Overview





We are seeking seasoned Accountants and Auditors across APAC, MEA, and North America to serve as Senior AI Trainers, helping shape the next generation of advanced AI systems used in global finance and assurance environments. In this leadership‑level role, you will design, evaluate, and refine complex accounting and audit scenarios; review and elevate the work of other contributors; and ensure all outputs meet the highest standards of technical accuracy, skilled rigor, and regional compliance expectations.

You will guide AI models to produce reliable, well‑reasoned, and practice‑aligned solutions across financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, risk assessment, and assurance engagements. As a senior expert, you will also influence rubric development, mentor junior trainers, and drive quality consistency across pods operating in diverse regulatory landscapes.
