As a Test Manager at Mivada, you will be responsible for leading our testing and quality assurance initiatives across a diverse portfolio of client projects. You will collaborate directly with clients and internal teams to design and implement effective test strategies that ensure high-quality software delivery. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and excellent client-facing communication.

What You'll Be Doing
Client & Project Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for quality assurance and testing aspects on client projects.
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements, define testing objectives, and set clear expectations.
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deliverables meet or exceed quality standards.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.

Test Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans tailored to each client’s project.
- Define testing standards,



best practices, and processes to ensure consistency across client projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to align on testing requirements and priorities.

Test Execution & Process Management:
- Oversee the creation, review, and maintenance of test cases, test scripts, and test data for client projects.
- Ensure the efficient execution of both manual and automated tests.
- Monitor testing progress, analyse test results, and facilitate timely resolution of defects.
- Implement continuous integration and continuous testing practices where applicable.

Quality Assurance & Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Establish and track quality metrics, providing detailed reports on testing outcomes to both clients and senior management.
