Description
GlobalLogic is hiring for a tech-heavy project that requires strong expertise in Data Analysis, Python, SQL, Unix/Linux, C++, ETL, and related technologies. The team works on the end-to-end development of search features for a leading search engine. Recent releases include enhancements that display richer information directly on the search results page—reducing the need for users to navigate to external sites. The project involves close collaboration across multiple teams, each contributing to different components of search feature development.

Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Any Tech Graduate – B.E., B.Tech, or MCA
- Technical Background: Experience working in Linux/UNIX production environments (preferred)
- Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Soft Skills:
- Team player with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Solid time-management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job responsibilities
- Resolve the team’s technical issues and provide hands-on support whenever required
- Set clear team goals and KPIs using the S.M.A.R.T. framework
- Delegate tasks effectively and define project timelines and deadlines
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Foster a healthy, motivating, and collaborative work environment
- Encourage and motivate team members to achieve project and organizational goals
- Identify training needs and provide coaching or upskilling opportunities
- Listen to team members’ feedback and address issues or conflicts promptly
- Plan and organize team-building activities to strengthen team cohesion
