Role Description
This full-time, on-site Financial Advisor/Manager role is based in Basti. The role involves engaging with customers to understand their financial goals, risk profiles, and protection needs, and recommending suitable life insurance, savings, and investment solutions.



The Financial Advisor/Manager will conduct detailed financial and retirement planning discussions, prepare proposals, and support clients in policy selection, documentation, and ongoing servicing. Daily responsibilities include monitoring client portfolios, ensuring regulatory and internal compliance, coordinating with branch and distribution teams, and participating in sales campaigns and training sessions. The role also requires building long-term client relationships, meeting defined business targets, and maintaining accurate records and reporting.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Financial Planning and Retirement Planning skills to assess client needs and design appropriate solutions.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance and Investments knowledge to explain products, risks, returns, and portfolio strategies clearly.
