What You’ll Do:
• Own the admissions journey from university selection to departure
• Lead & mentor the operations team
• Resolve learner challenges across Documentation, IELTS, APS, dMAT & Financing
• Drive conversions, process improvements & learner experience
What We’re Looking For:
• 1–4 years in Operations / Program Management / Customer Success
• Strong leadership, analytical & stakeholder management skills
• Candidates from IIT / NIT backgrounds preferred
