Role Description

Monterra Global Acres is hiring an
experienced Google Ads Specialist – Real Estate Lead Generation
to manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns and generate
high-quality property leads
for our real estate projects.

This is a
full-time, on-site position
for a performance marketing professional with
2–4 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads
, including proven experience in
real estate lead generation, campaign management, conversion optimization, and lead quality improvement
.





The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating real estate leads through Google Ads, managing campaign budgets, optimizing CPL, improving lead quality, and driving enquiries that contribute to site visits and property sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize
Google Ads campaigns for real estate projects
.
- Generate
high-quality property leads
through Google Ads.
- Manage and optimize
Google Search Ads and Performance Max campaigns
.
- Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high-intent real estate keywords.
- Create effective campaign, ad group, keyword, and targeting structures.
- Write and test compelling Google Ads copies focused on generating property enquiries.
- Analyze search terms and manage negative keywords to reduce irrelevant leads and wasted ad spend.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including
CPL, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and lead quality
.
- Optimize campaigns based on lead quality and actua
