Job Summary
The Team Lead in Software Development is a hands-on technical leader responsible for guiding a team of software engineers while actively contributing to the design, development, modernization, and maintenance of APRO, PairSoft's financial automation platform for Oracle on-premises customers. The role combines deep Delphi development expertise with technical leadership, people management, Agile delivery, and engineering excellence. It includes driving adoption of AI-assisted development tools, automation, DevSecOps principles, continuous testing and quality engineering to enhance both product functionality and engineering efficiency.
The successful candidate will work closely with Product Management, Architecture and Customer-facing teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions that support APRO's banking integrations, payment processing, invoice automation, reconciliation, and financial workflow capabilities.

Lead, mentor,



and develop a team of software engineers while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence.
Actively develop, maintain, and enhance Delphi-based applications and services.
Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and solution planning.
Drive delivery of roadmap commitments in partnership with Product Management and Development Management.
Ensure high standards of software quality through code reviews, testing, performance optimization, and secure coding practices.
Guide the modernization of legacy applications and integrations while maintaining business continuity for existing customers.
Collaborate with Customer-facing teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve product reliability.
Promote responsible use of AI-assisted development tools and validate AI-generated code and documentation.
