What You Will Do *
This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of Interiors Flammability Certification Engineers with support from Sr.



Lead/Lead Engineers.
Supervise and mentor the team of Flammability Certification Engineers, developing a culture of technical excellence, problem solving and continuous learning
To lead a team with an appropriate mix of skill levels to deliver engineering solutions which bring benefit to the organization and it’s customers
To provide technical leadership and direction to the team with focus on Flammability Certification
Should be able to do capacity planning for all workload within the team
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance review and provide constructive feedback to the team members, focusing on their technical skills improvement
Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and specialized training of New Flammability Certification Engineers in Aerospace Interiors
Identify skill gaps related to new products and develop targeted training plans
Liaise with product stake holders (Customer, D
