Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership across multiple ServiceNow products, define platform standards, ensure solution quality, and guide development teams through the complete software development lifecycle. The Technical Architect partners with business stakeholders, solution architects, and project teams to deliver scalable, secure,



and high-performing ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities
Define the overall technical architecture for ServiceNow implementations and platform enhancements.
Lead solution design workshops and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Design end-to-end architecture across multiple ServiceNow products, including:
ITSM
ITOM
ITAM
SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)
HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
Customer Service Management (CSM)
Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC)
Service Catalog and Employee Center
Establish platform development standards, coding guidelines, and governance.
Review technical designs, customizations, integrations, and configurations to ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices.
Design and oversee enterprise integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and event-driven patterns.
