META-i Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Manager – Sales to lead our B2G and Institutional sales initiatives. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities who can drive revenue growth, build long-term relationships with government and institutional clients and lead high-performing sales teams across regions. Experience: 8+ years in Institutional / B2G Sales
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the B2G and institutional segments.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
- Drive participation in RFPs, tenders, and government bidding processes, ensuring high quality and compliant submissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across government bodies,
- PSUs, and large institutions. • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand the organization's footprint.




- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, setting explicit targets, monitoring performance, and enabling skill development.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product, and operations to align offerings with market needs.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to refine sales strategies.
- Ensure effective use of CRM tools for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Establish long-term contracts and agreements with government and institutional clients.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
- Ensure timely collections and adherence to financial and compliance guidelines.
