Experience Required:
- PAM: Minimum 3+ years in CASA
- BDO: Minimum 1+ year in CASA & Insurance

Key Responsibilities:
PAM:
- Acquire and manage high-value CASA customers
- Build solid client relationships and ensure retention
- Cross-sell banking products (Insurance, Investments, Loans)
- Achieve CASA growth and revenue targets
BDO:
- Generate leads and acquire new CASA customers
- Sell banking and insurance products
- Handle field sales activities and client meetings
- Achieve sales targets and maintain customer pipeline
