Role & responsibilities:
1. Hardware Design: Design and develop electronics hardware, including PCBs, electronic components, and systems, for defense products.
2. Schematic Capture: Create and review schematic diagrams for electronics hardware.
3. PCB Design: Design and develop PCBs, including component selection, placement, and routing.
4. Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to validate electronics hardware, identifying and resolving issues as needed.
5. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to electronics hardware, implementing corrective actions as needed.
6. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including software, mechanical, and systems engineering, to ensure seamless integration of electronics hardware.
Preferred candidate profile:
1. Experience with specific industries: Experience working on defense products, including radar, communication systems, or electronic warfare systems.

Experience with specific design tools: Experience with design tools, such as thermal analysis, mechanical simulation, or other relevant tools.
3. Certifications: Certification in Electronics Engineering, PCB Design, or a related field.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering.
Experience : Minimum 8 years of experience in electronics hardware design and development, with experience working on defense products.
Skills:
- Robust knowledge of electronics hardware design principles.
- Experience with CAD tools, such as Altium, Cadence, or other relevant tools.
- Familiarity with electronics components, including analog and digital circuits.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
