Responsibilities
- Understanding Job Requirements : Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend job duties, required qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Sourcing Talent : Utilize job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to attract qualified candidates.
- Screening Candidates : Review applications, conduct phone screenings, and create a shortlist of suitable candidates.
- Interview Coordination : Schedule and facilitate interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
- Candidate Evaluation : Assess skills, experience, and fit, providing detailed feedback to hiring managers.
- Offer Negotiation : Negotiate compensation packages, ensuring alignment with company standards.




- Onboarding : Support current hires during the onboarding process for a seamless transition.
- Relationship Building : Establish strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Staying Updated : Stay informed about recruitment trends, industry best practices, and legal requirements.

Requirements
- Strong desire to build a career in international staffing.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work night shifts (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM).
