Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Integration Manager/Lead with over 10 years of total experience , including 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PI/PO/CPI within support and implementation projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong development knowledge in design and configuration and must have successfully completed at least one end-to-end implementation . This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills , capable of managing incident, change, and problem management processes while adhering to SLAs .
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SAP PI/PO/CPI integration projects , ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the design, development, and configuration of SAP PI/PO/CPI solutions to meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications .
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and manage the resolution of incidents, changes, and problems efficiently.




- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of integration specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement .
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of integration processes to ensure compliance with best practices and standards .
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide strategic guidance on integration solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all integration projects and processes.
- Participate in the planning and execution of end-to-end implementations , ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruptions to business operations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of total experience in SAP integration technologies, with 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PI/PO/CPI .
- Proven track record of at least one successful end-to-end SAP implementation .
