We are currently seeking an experienced qualified to join our team in the role of Operations Manager.
In this role, you will:
Proactively develop understanding of the business and product area thus creating a knowledge base. Manage requests towards completion of task in a timely manner and that any project/ ad hoc / remedial work is completed within agreed timeframes. Ensure the off-shore and on-shore teams operate and engage as a single “virtual” team.




Responsible for conceptualizing and creating robust MIS for business head and business partners to facility effective performance monitoring and review. Responsible for the development of through team through coaching/counseling and identifying appropriate training & development requirements and to lead and motivate staff with widely differing aspirations working in productivity-based environment where deadlines are critical
Ensure that deadlines set for Markets Middle Office are met. Ensure completeness & accuracy of submitted data. Assist in the development of strategic tools. Perform a thorough review of the final data expected to be submitted by Markets Middle Office to downstream users (e.g. Collateral Management Team).
