About the Role We are hiring experienced Sales Managers for a leading pharmaceutical organization to drive Hospital Institutional Business across IVF/Hormones, Cardiac and Nephrology therapy segments.

The role involves managing key hospital accounts, developing dealer/distributor networks, building robust relationships with Hospital Purchase Managers and driving sales growth across the assigned territory.

This is an Individual Contributor role with complete ownership of the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Hospital Institutional Sales within assigned territory

Develop and manage dealer/distributor/stockist network

Generate business from Hospitals, Clinics and Institutional Accounts

Build relationships with Hospital Purchase Managers and Procurement Teams





Handle pricing negotiations and commercial discussions

Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets

Identify new institutional business opportunities

Expand market share across assigned geography

Mandatory Experience

✔ 6–10 years of Hospital Institutional Sales experience

✔ Experience in one of the following therapy areas:

Cardiac

IVF/Hormones

Nephrology

✔ Experience managing Hospital Purchase Managers

✔ Dealer / Distributor / Stockist Management

✔ Experience handling Hospital Accounts

✔ Individual Sales Target of minimum ₹30 Lakhs per month

✔ Willing to work as an Individual Contributor
