Role Description The Front Desk Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based in the law college road , Pune Division. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and serving as the first point of contact for students, parents, and partners. Daily tasks include managing the reception area, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, maintaining visitor logs, and providing general information about services. The Front Desk Receptionist will also support basic clerical activities such as managing correspondence, organizing documents,



and coordinating with internal team members. Candidates should possess strong Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills, including managing front desk operations, handling appointments, and organizing documents.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with clear spoken and written English and the ability to interact effectively with diverse visitors.

Candidates should possess proper Phone Etiquette skills, including answering calls politely, routing calls correctly, and recording accurate messages.

Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in an educational or consulting environment, proficiency in basic computer applications (email, word processing, spreadsheets), and solid time management and multitasking abilities.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a diploma or degree in administration, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
