Business Development Executive – Corporate Interior Fit-Outs

Location: Pune | Industry: Commercial Interior Fitouts - Office Spaces

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition, generate business opportunities, and build strong market relationships within the commercial interior fit-out industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and develop current business opportunities

Build relationships with corporate clients, IPCs, PMCs, architects, and consultants

Identify upcoming commercial interior fit-out projects

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions

Coordinate with design and estimation teams for pitches and submissions

Maintain sales pipeline, follow-ups, and business reports

Support negotiation and closure of projects

Track market trends, competition, and industry developments

Requirements:





~3–7 years of experience in Business Development / Sales

~ Experience in corporate interiors, fit-outs, real estate, or design-build industry preferred

~ Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills

~ Ability to generate and convert business opportunities

~ Knowledge of commercial interior market and client handling
