3rd Line to contact – GM – Operations

The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, recommending appropriate products or solutions, and driving sales through solid product knowledge and relationship management.

Identify customer needs and provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education





Work closely with engineering team to ensure solutions meet customer needs

Follow up on sales inquiries and close sales deals effectively

Provide after-sales support and handle technical queries from clients

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering

Candidate should be fluent in English.

Preferred experience in grinding wheels / industrial equipment, machinery, or similar fields.

Good knowledge of understanding engineering drawings.

The candidate should be willing to travel frequently.
