Risk Collection Analytics Strategy

With credit being the key business priority, Lazypay and Paysense, the alternate
lending platforms,



have been developed to offer credit solutions such as small
ticket credit (Buy Now, Pay Later), app based personal loans and point of sale
credit (Merchant EMI).

The role is responsible for strategy development, monitoring and maintenance
across repayment and collections. Responsibilities include understanding and
tracking of performance of treatment programs, and making recommendations that
improve outcomes, designing digital campaigns and experimenting parallel test to
optimise the treatment strategy. Coordinating the production of strategy
performance reports and updates for senior management. The role holder will
partner closely with Collections Operations, Finance, Risk and Data Science
team, to update the progress made, what actions are in pipeline and formulate
deliverables per PayU objectives.
