Reporting to the Manager, Fleet Performance, the Junior Fleet Performance Analyst is an entry-level, data-focused role based in Mumbai. Operating as the foundational layer (Tier 1) of the target operating model, this position is strictly focused on Frontline Data Quality. The primary mandate of this role is to conduct daily data triage,



initial error correction, and routine verification to ensure that all fleet data flowing into Seaspan Ship Management Ltd. (SSML) platforms is accurate and complete.
The Tier 1 Junior Analyst serves as the first line of defense against poor data quality. Rather than performing complex engineering analysis or strategic forecasting, this position operates within clearly defined validation frameworks to systematically close the fleet’s manual check gap. By maintaining strict control over core data points, this role ensures that the Tier 2 and Tier 3 teams receive high-fidelity, trusted data for advanced regulatory compliance and strategic optimization.
