About this Role





We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery qualified to join our Global Cyber Security function within Security Monitoring & Analytics (SMA). This role focuses on owning squad-level delivery management, enabling predictable delivery of committed outcomes through effective planning, tracking, dependency management, risk and issue management, and stakeholder alignment.

Working closely with Technical Product Owners, Technical Leads and the Release Train Engineer, you will help ensure planning readiness, delivery transparency, and continuous improvement across the squad. While Agile practices and ceremonies are an important enabler, the primary focus of this role is delivering business outcomes, maintaining delivery confidence and supporting high-performing teams within a complex cyber security environment.
