Key Responsibilities:
- Source, select, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best quality, price, and delivery terms.
- Manage the procurement of goods and services in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and quality.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Prepare and analyze purchase reports, cost-saving initiatives, and market trends.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with purchase requirements and inventory needs.
- Handle purchase requisitions and orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Review supplier performance regularly and ensure compliance with contracts.
- Resolve any discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, or invoices.
