The Government Account Manager will be responsible for driving business growth across the Government sector by identifying opportunities, managing strategic accounts, and leading complex sales cycles. The role requires strong relationships within government departments, expertise in public procurement, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and ecosystem partners to successfully deliver large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Own revenue targets for the Government vertical.
- Develop and execute the Government sales strategy across Central Ministries, State Governments, PSUs, and public sector organizations.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, senior bureaucrats, and government stakeholders.
- Identify, qualify,



and drive recent business opportunities from lead generation through deal closure.
- Manage the complete tender lifecycle, including RFPs, RFIs, EOIs, bids, and government procurement processes.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, solution, legal, and delivery teams to develop winning proposals.
- Build strategic partnerships with leading System Integrators (SIs), technology partners, and government consultants.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular business forecasts.
- Stay updated on government policies, digital initiatives, and emerging opportunities across the public sector.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7–12 years of enterprise sales experience with significant exposure to Government or Public Sector accounts.
- Proven experience selling technology, SaaS, AI, digital transformation, cloud, or enterprise software solutions to Government organizations.
- Strong relationships across Central Ministries, State Government departments, PS
