About the Role:
We are seeking a highly capable Senior Full Stack Engineer – Cross Cooperative AI Platform to take our proprietary internal AI platform from MVP to a scalable, production-grade solution serving 500+ users.
Reporting directly to the AI Lead (Product Owner), this is a hands-on, individual contributor role with full ownership of engineering delivery. You will design, build, and scale a unified AI workspace that supports commercial, R&D;, and engineering teams—replacing fragmented processes with a single,



always-on digital intelligence layer.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of applied AI within an advanced manufacturing environment, owning the platform end-to-end across infrastructure, backend, frontend, security, and deployment.

Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver against a fully specified solution plan, working autonomously and progressing build phases independently
- Provision and manage Azure PaaS cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, search, serverless functions, static hosting) using Bicep, Terraform, or ARM templates
- Develop secure backend services and API layers using Node.js or Python, including data persistence and audit logging structures
- Extend and enhance the existing React 18 / TypeScript / Vite frontend without rewriting the codebase
- Implement enterprise authentication using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), MSAL.js, and OAuth 2.0 / OIDC flows with role-based acc
