We are seeking an accomplished Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a proven, profitable Industrial IoT business into its next phase of accelerated growth. With an established product, a growing customer base, and strong market traction, the focus of this role is not to validate a concept but to scale the business, strengthen market leadership, expand globally, and drive the organization through its Series A fundraising journey and beyond.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Revenue Expansion
Develop and execute strategies to accelerate revenue growth across existing and new customer segments.
Expand the company's footprint across domestic and international markets, including Southeast Asia, the Middle East,



and the United States.
Identify new industry verticals and growth opportunities while strengthening strategic customer relationships.
Organizational Leadership
Scale the organization from approximately 40 employees to a high-performing team of over 100.
Build a strong leadership team and establish a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
Develop organizational structures and processes that support sustainable business growth.
Fundraising & Investor Management
Lead or actively support the company's Series A fundraising initiatives alongside the Founder.
Manage investor relationships, fundraising strategy, due diligence, and post-investment governance.
Position the business for future funding rounds and long-term value creation.
Operational Excellence
Establish scalable processes across Sales, Delivery, Customer Success, and Support functions.
