Join our team as a Tele-caller, you'll be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our online/offline courses, handling inquiries, and building strong customer relationships. Ideal for energetic individuals with excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our online/offline courses.
- Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information, handle inquiries, and resolve any customer issues.
- Maintain and update a database of contact details and call records.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.




- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers

Must-Have Skills:
- Strong communication skills in Hinglish:
- Excellent selling and negotiation abilities:
- Confident, clear, and pleasant voice
- Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
- Good listening and counselling skills
- High attention to detail and documentation
- Comfortable with Google Sheets / CRM
- Emotionally strong to handle rejections
