Job Title: Business Development Executive - Automotive / Industrial Manufacturing

Location: Nashik

Experience: 2-3 Years

CTC: ₹3.5 - ₹4.5 LPA

Travel Requirement: Frequent customer visits and active travelling required

Role Overview

The role requires a proactive professional with experience in B2B industrial sales, customer engagement, and technical product discussions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in automotive and industrial segments.

Approach and build relationships with OEMs, Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers, and manufacturing customers.

Manage existing customer accounts and increase business opportunities with current clients.

Conduct regular customer visits for relationship management, requirement gathering, and business development.

Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally with production, quality, engineering, and operations teams.

Prepare quotations, handle commercial discussions, negotiations, and follow-ups for order closure.

Track new projects, market developments, and competitor activities.





Maintain sales pipeline, customer database, MIS reports, and business development updates.

Support customer satisfaction through timely coordination and issue resolution.

2-3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Key Account Management.

Prior experience in B2B industrial or manufacturing sales preferred.

Experience from any of the following industries will be preferred:
Automotive Components

Auto Ancillary

Precision Engineering / Machining

Rubber / Polymer Components

Metal Components / Copper Alloy Components

Industrial Products / Engineering Components

Exposure to OEM and Tier-1/Tier-2 customer handling will be an advantage.

Ability to understand technical products and coordinate with internal manufacturing teams.

Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and business development.
