You will work closely with architects, product teams, compensation SMEs, and engineering partners to deliver scalable, resilient, and future‑ready systems that modernize the compensation platform end‑to‑end.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize SQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and stored procedures.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable,



and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in.NET and C# for backend development.
- Extensive experience with Angular (2+) for building responsive and energetic user interfaces.
- Solid understanding of relational databases, particularly SQL Server, including database design, T-SQL, and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) a
