- Strong delivery and project management fundamentals
- Experience managing complex Data Engineering, BI, AI, and Analytics programs
- Ability to manage project governance, RAID logs,



and stakeholder communication
- Expertise in budgeting, resource planning, and escalation management
- Professional experience in customer-facing roles and executive reporting
- Foundational knowledge of Data Engineering and ETL/ELT architectures
- Familiarity with Data Warehousing and Lakehouse concepts
- Understanding of Data Modeling fundamentals
- Experience with Databricks or Snowflake
- Knowledge of Azure Data Platform or Power BI
- Exposure to API, Integration, and Emerging AI/GenAI implementation programs
- Prior experience delivering data projects from presales to go-live
- Ability to lead architects and engineers with technical credibility
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar programs
- Proven track record in financial accountability and outcome-based delivery
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
