Key Responsibilities
•Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Mechanical Integrity Engineering service projects for oil & gas assets
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve annual business objectives and drive sustainable growth
Responsible for hiring, training, deployment, and delivery excellence
Manage large teams with respect to revenue, margins and applied ratio.
Manage customer relationship and generate new business chance.
Collaborate with customer operations, engineering,



and procurement teams to align service delivery with contractual SLAs and KPIs.
Drive continuous improvement in service quality, performance, and cost efficiency.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for escalations and strategic discussions.
Implement digital tools and analytics for customer value proposition and better business insights.
