Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and migrate client/carrier data to TPA systems and various databases.
- Perform data conversion, validation, and reconciliation during migration.
- Analyze and map data fields across multiple systems.
- Understand and document business rules and data requirements.
- Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and transformation requirements.
- Work closely with clients, business teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Support data migration activities and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Translate business requirements into data mapping and business rules.

Mandatory Skills
- Data Analysis & Business Rules Analysis
- Strong knowledge of Insurance Claims and TPA domain
- Experience in data migration and data mapping
- Strong understanding of business rules across multiple systems

Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of overall experience with strong relevant experience in Data Analysis.
- Proven experience working in the Insurance / Claims / TPA domain.
- Ability to independently analyze complex data and business rules.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders.
